Receive your equipment during the confirmed pickup or delivery window and return it at the end of the rental period. 

Weekend Rentals Made Simple

Standard weekend rentals are available for pickup Friday between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. and must be returned Sunday between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m.


Need a different schedule? Alternate pickup, return, and weekday rental arrangements may be available by request.

Pickup or Local Delivery

Customer Pickup

 Pickup is available in Castle Rock during the confirmed rental window. The pickup address will be provided after the reservation is confirmed.

 

Please arrive with a clean, appropriately sized vehicle and enough space to transport the reserved equipment safely. Customers are responsible for loading, securing, transporting, and returning all rental items in the same condition in which they were received.


Standard weekend pickups are scheduled Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, with returns due Sunday evening. Alternate arrangements may be available with advance notice.

Delivery

 Delivery and pickup are available for an additional fee based on distance, timing, access, and equipment quantity.

 

  • Castle Rock local delivery and pickup: starting at $30 
  • Surrounding areas: quoted based on location 


Standard delivery includes placement in an easily accessible driveway, garage, or ground-level area. Setup, breakdown, stairs, long carrying distances, and exact-time delivery may require an additional fee.

Earlier is always better, especially for weekends and graduation season. Last-minute requests may be accepted based on availability. 

The cost to rent tables and chairs varies based on the type and quantity of equipment rented, as well as the rental period and delivery location. Please contact us for a quote.

 Yes. Delivery and pickup are available for an additional fee based on location and equipment quantity. 

Standard delivery does not include setup or breakdown. Setup may be added for an additional fee when available. 

Outdoor rentals remain subject to the rental agreement and weather policy. Canopy tents should not be used during unsafe wind or severe weather conditions. 

 Yes! We currently offer our Denver Broncos Cornhole Set, with additional yard games planned as we expand our inventory. We’re working on adding fun options that pair perfectly with backyard parties, birthdays, graduations, and other celebrations. Check back for availability or submit a rental request if you’d like to be notified when new items are added.
